Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow, ensuring a hassle-free experience if you need to return or exchange an item. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand your options and the steps required to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. This means chopsticks must not have been used, washed, or damaged, and all original tags or packaging materials must be intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care. Additionally, custom or personalized chopsticks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot process your request. To start a return or exchange, you will need to follow the required steps to notify us of your intent, which allows us to prepare for the arrival of your returned item and ensure a prompt resolution.
When returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order (e.g., sending the wrong product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide instructions on how to send the item back to us at no cost to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have received it. We will then verify that the item meets the return eligibility requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
For exchanges, if your request is approved, we will process the exchange once we have received and inspected your returned item. The replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it is dispatched. Please note that if the replacement item has a different price than the returned item, you will be responsible for paying the difference, or we will issue a partial refund for any overpayment.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to verify the issue, and we will arrange for a free return and either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. We strive to resolve these issues quickly to ensure your satisfaction.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on international returns; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
